Across from 9.6 acres I own. This is a private island surrounded by birds and some of the best fishing for 4 types of fish in Texas. There is an easy landing point on the North East portion of the property-otherwise natural mangrove trees . There seem to be a few animals -maybe deer because we see footprints.
