Our property is located in the Vineyard Village at the West part of the community with easy and direct access to Lake Tawakoni. The lake is located just down the road. The Club House and the 18-hole Golf Course are conveniently located just 3-5 blocks from our property.
In the center of The Vineyard Village, there is a bountiful vineyard of Palomino grapes. These are Spanish grapes and are somewhat new to the Texas area. These grapes are normally used for sweet dessert wines in their native Spain, however, by mixing a small percentage of this grape with more common Chardonnay grape a very fruity and delightful table wine is the result. |
