Location: This is an awesome hunting ranch located 6 miles east of Brackettville on the north side of Hwy 90, in Kinney County.

Description: This high-fenced hunting ranch features nice rolling terrain, abundant water, great brush, lots of big mesquites and several large oak trees. Terrain ranges from good sandy loam soil to areas of caliche hills. There are several really lush draws running through the ranch. Wildlife: The ranch has been under MLD Level 3 management for 7 years. The native whitetail genetics have been enhanced with great genetic TTT bred doe releases and a few releases of scientific bred does from a quality operation. In addition to a great whitetail herd, there is also an abundance of dove and quail (approximately 70% bobwhite and 30% blues), some exotics (blackbuck, axis & fallow) and turkey. No hogs or javelina have been seen on the ranch.

Water: Water resources are abundant on the ranch. There is one Edwards Aquifer well on the property that is capable of producing 110-120 gpm, one domestic well equipped with an electric submersible pump, one solar well and a windmill. From these resources, water is piped to 4 ponds, several water troughs and a 15 acre pivot. Overflow water from the solar well in piped into a draw on the east side of the ranch.

Improvements: Improvements on the property include a nice 2 bedroom/ 1 bath camp house, a 20X30 barn with a walk-in cooler, a game cleaning station and covered implement shed. The ranch also features 8 blinds, 8 corn feeders, 5-2000# protein feeders, a 14-ton over-head feed bin and a 3-ton feed cart.
Some ranch equipment (including a John Deere 60 hp tractor and several implements) could convey with the sale.
