GAME: Perhaps one of the finest native whitetail deer herds in the Texas Hill Country! The seller has been involved in an extensive 5-year native whitetail management-culling program as directed by a local wildlife biologist expert. He estimates he has in the neighborhood of 300 native whitetail on his ranch and a 1:1 buck to doe ratio. There are many trophy whitetail bucks with some that will score well over 170 Boone and Crockett! The seller estimates he has been feeding 50,000 60,000 lbs. of protein to his deer per year for the past 6 years.
