Go west out of De Leon on FM 587 approx. 9 miles to Duster, turn right on FM 679 and go 2 miles to CR 178 to the left. Go 2 miles on CR 178 to a T which is CR 170. Turn right on CR 170, go approx 1/2 mile to CR 195 to the left. Go approx 2 miles on CR 195 to CR 197. Turn right on CR 197 and go 1 mile where the property will begin on the left. CR 197 runs along the east side for 3/4 of a mile. (The 10 acres in the northeast corner isn't part of this property.)
