Jeff Boswell Partner

Jeff Boswell is a Partner and Broker with the Republic Ranches team. In addition to selling farm & ranch properties in Texas, Jeff also has extensive experience in developing wetlands, quail rehabilitation on lands in the Gulf Coast and South Texas, pond and lake building and fish stocking, and experience as a landowner in farming and ranching. Jeff is a member of TWA, Quail Coalition, DU, and is a life member of the NRA. He has a degree in Geology from W&L University and an MBA from UT Austin, and resides in Houston with his wife and three daughters.

Bryan Pickens Partner

Bryan Pickens is a Partner and Broker with the Republic Ranches team. He knows landowner issues and the real estate market through his experience that also includes timber production, mineral and aggregate exploration, and wildlife and habitat management. A sportsman and ranch owner, Bryan also knows what it takes to properly buy, manage, and sell ranch real estate as an outdoorsman. He is a native Texan with strong ties to the community, and serves on the advisory boards of the Circle Ten Council of Boy Scouts of America and the Texas Wildlife Association, and is a former member on the Board of Trustees for the Texas Parks & Wildlife Foundation, the official non-profit partner of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. It is through these efforts that he strongly encourages sportsmen, families, and kids to spend time doing absolutely anything outdoors. He has a degree from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from SMU, and resides in Dallas with his wife and four daughters.

Mark Matthews Partner

Mark Matthews is a Partner and Broker with the Republic Ranches team. In addition to selling farm and ranch property, he is a co-owner in a wildlife consulting business, Cuerno Grande. He has over 25 years of experience in developing, managing, and owning ranch properties. He has a degree in marketing from the University of Texas, and a Masters in Wildlife Management from Texas A&M University. He lives in Hondo with his wife and four daughters.

Charles Davidson Partner

Charles Davidson is a Partner with the Republic Ranches team. He is a 4^th generation Texan active and passionate about rural Texas and the outdoor pursuits. He owns and operates a ranch in Real County. He is a Past President of the Texas Wildlife Association, a Trustee of the TWA Foundation and a member of the Texas Parks & Wildlife Departments White-tailed Deer Advisory Committee. He is also a member of the Texas & Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association and the Quality Deer Management Association. Charles has hands on experience buying and selling ranch properties and interests as a principal, in addition to overseeing the nationwide operating commercial realty portfolio for his previous employer. Charles received a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington & Lee University and a MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. He resides in San Antonio with his wife and three children. Charles is fluent in Spanish (Se habla Espanol).
