LOCATION- Located approximately 4-5 miles NW of Bronte, Texas and being situated close to large mountains to the North and West.

TERRAIN- Rough hill to rolling hills to valleys. A fairly large hill is located on the NW side of the property , with views from this hill to all parts of the ranch. There are draws that carry water to surface tanks throughout the property.

WATER- Four (4) water wells with windmills, with either concrete or fiberglass storage facilities, be either 5x20' or 5x30' in size. One (1) well at barn with submersible pump. One (1 well near the SW corner of the property with a 2.5 hp submersible pump that produces 50+gpm that has been tested in compliance with EPA water standards. Five (5) surface tanks. Two (2) of the tanks were cleaned out in 2011 and One (1) built in 2013.

IMPROVEMENTS- In conjunction with the fences, water wells, storage facilities and surface tanks, the property includes a large barn built in the 1930's, metal corrals for working cattle, sheep and/or goats.
