Travel south from US 290 on FM 362 for 9.0 miles. Turn right onto Davis Road. After 2.0 miles, Davis Road dead ends into the property at Cochran Rd.

o        You can also take the FM 1098 exit off 290 (one exit west of Waller) and turn right on FM 1098 which becomes Cochran Road. The property is 7.9 miles south of US 290 on Cochran Road. To arrive continue south on Cochran Road from US 290 for 3.6 miles to Betka Road where you turn right then take an immediate left to continue on Cochran Road 4.3 miles further south. The property is the western side of the intersection of Davis Road and Cochran Road, just south of Richard Frey Rd.

o        The property is located 15.4 miles north of Interstate 10 at Brookshire. From Exit 732 off I-10, go north for 0.5 miles on Waller Ave. Turn left onto US-90 at the light. Take third right, turning onto Bains Street at the light. Veer to the right at the fork on FM 362. Continue on FM 362 for 12.3 miles. Turn left onto Davis Road. After 2.0 miles, Davis Road dead ends into the property at Cochran Road.
