After 2.0 miles, Davis Road dead ends into Cochran Road. The property is the southeast corner of Cochran Road and Richard Frey Road.

o The property is located 10.5 miles south of FM 290 at Waller, between FM 359 at Monaville and FM 362, providing convenient North/South travel on either major thoroughfare. Travel south from US 290 on FM 362 for 9.0 miles. Turn right onto Davis Road. After 2.0 miles, Davis Road dead ends into the property at Cochran Road.
