Location: The property is located just east of the town of Placedo and south of Victoria. The property runs along the north side of State Highway 616 and access is gained via an easement beginning at the end of Henderson Road. The city of Victoria is only 15 miles to the north, easy access to Houston (150-miles) off of Hwy 59 and 10 miles from great fishing and waterfowl hunting on Lavaca Bay.
