Superior genetic bucks have been released onto the ranch. Two of the larger breeder bucks brought in scored 226 B&C as a two-year-old and the other buck scored in the 180s B&C. These bucks are still roaming the ranch. As of this past March all the deer have been released from the pens. Eight Axis does and two Axis bucks were brought in and have established a nice herd. This place is also home to turkey, dove, quail and ducks.
Improvements: All improvements on the ranch were completed within 2015 and 2016.
Main house is a 1,500 sq/ft, 1/BR and 1.5/BA Ulrich Log Cabin with surround sound stereo system and stainless steel appliances.
Two Guest quarters are each 900 sq/ft Ulrich Log Cabins, each with 2 air conditioned bedrooms with private sink, vanity and a shared bathroom.
30 X 40 concrete block barn with concrete slab with 3 doors including a 10 electric roll up door with opener, a 15 metal roofed lean-to on the front.
