Description: This is a nice half section of grassland in the central part of Floyd County Texas. The property was previously enrolled in the USDA CRP program and has recently expired. The grass is predominately blue stem and is well established. A well is located near the NW portion. There is a playa lake bottom located in the south central part of the farm. The land generally slopes towards this lake bottom. The grass and lake bottom should provide excellent grazing.
