Approximately 4 acres out of a 100 acre tract in Northern Washington County overlooking the Northern bank of the Brazos River. On a clear day you can see 30 miles plus. On Aggie game nights you can even see the lights of Kyle Field. Acreage is subject to a survey. Your entrance is through a canopy of trees and one huge oak near the entry gate. Several nice pecan trees as well. Hard to find small acreage with ag exemption in place. Electricity on site. Can not be further subdivided. Some minerals available with an acceptable offer. This tract is surrounded by a larger tract and at the end of a dead end lane. Also adjacent to the St Matthew Baptist Church. ** CALL 5 STAR COUNTRY PROPERTIES to schedule a showing at (979)830-5040.** Listing Agent, Mike Thomas (979)530-8289
From Brenham....Take Hwy 105 north toward Washington on the Brazos. After you pass FM 912 (to your right) the next turn to the left is W M Penn. Turn left and go a short distance to Lone Star Rd. Turn right onto Lone Star and go about 3 miles before crossing a one lane wooden bridge. The road makes a 90 degree turn to the right. Turn right at the very next road, which is still Lone Star. It will dead end into Bluff Rd. Turn right onto Bluff Rd and go 4/10ths of a mile to St Matthew Ln and turn left. St Matthew will dead end into this tract but you must turn right and the entrance is on your left. Look for the sign.
