The TF Draw Ranch is located approximately 20 miles northwest of San Angelo in southern Coke County.
The TF Draw Ranch offers excellent hunting and ranching opportunities within very close proximity to San Angelo. The terrain on the ranch varies from rolling grasslands to rugged cedar hills and canyons to level divide country with deep soils. Elevations on the ranch range from approximately 2,200 - 2,500 feet above sea level.
The ranch is all native pasture and brush species consist of cedar, mesquite, hackberry, agarita, lote bush and other brush species native to the area. The ranch has a moderate to heavy cover of brush providing good wildlife habitat. There has been some brush work completed on a portion of the property.
The ranch is watered by four water wells. Two of the wells are equipped with windmills, one with an electric pump and one with a solar pump. A well located at the headquarters pumps water into a dirt tank.
The ranch has a modest set of improvements including two small houses, a cinder block barn and a set of livestock pens. One of the houses has had some remodeling and is used to house hunters. The other has historically been used to house ranch hands.
There is excellent hunting on this ranch. Game animals includes white-tail deer, turkey, quail, dove and feral hogs. On occasion, axis and blackbuck antelope are seen.
The conveyance of minerals is negotiable with an acceptable offer.
The TF Ranch is conveniently located to San Angelo and all of its amenities. The ranch offers excellent hunting and ranching opportunities.
