ACREAGE:

The ranch is watered by four water wells. Two of the wells are equipped with windmills, one with an electric pump and one with a solar pump. A well located at the headquarters pumps water into a dirt tank.

IMPROVEMENTS:

The ranch has a modest set of improvements including two small houses, a cinder block barn and a set of livestock pens. One of the houses has had some remodeling and is used to house hunters. The other has historically been used to house ranch hands.

HUNTING:

There is excellent hunting on this ranch. Game animals includes white-tail deer, turkey, quail, dove and feral hogs. On occasion, axis and blackbuck antelope are seen.
