From Bryan, go North on Hwy 6 to FM 2459, turn Right on 2459 and go approximately 3 miles to intersection of Jack Rabbit Road on the right. Turn Right and go approximately 1 mile to Easement on the Left. Turn Left on Easement and go approximately 3/4 mile to property at the gate at the end of the easement.
