There are two cultivated fields of 60 and 45 acres and are generally planted in wheat or left in sunflowers to attract wildlife. There is also a food plot towards the center of the ranch. This food plot is currently planted to Millet and Milo. Some of the roads have been planted in Milo and Millet down both sides as well.

Hunting: This area is very well known for its tremendous and varied hunting opportunities. The Whitetail Deer, Bobwhite Quail, Feral Hog, and Rio Grande Turkey hunting is fantastic. Due to the extensive work on water structures, Dove and Waterfowl hunting here is world class. You will not be disappointed by the wildlife on this ranch.

Additionally, the creek offers great opportunities to catch channel catfish and other gamefish in the deep pools. The shallow areas are great for bow fishing of Carp and Alligator Gar.

Utilities: Electricity is available along the county road. Ericksdahl COOP water is nearby, and there may be room on this line for a meter.

Minerals: The Sellers are offering one-half of owned Royalty Rights and all owned Executive Leasing Rights with an acceptable contract. The percentages offered are 25% Royalty and 100% Executive Rights.
