Acreage: 603.75+/- acres, all in pasture except for two cultivated fields totaling approximately 105 acres. The Creek serves as the Western boundary.
Improvements: The owners have put in two wetland areas. These wetland areas were built on drainages to the creek. This was done to allow for pumping out of the creek to fill the wetlands during prime hunting seasons. They have built one food plot, and lined many of the roads with food plots.
