720 Ranch is located only forty minutes from McAllen and only 15 miles West of McCook. Easy access via good paved highways. The ranch is completely Hi fenced and has been under intense deer management for the last fifteen years. There are numerous 170 and 180 inch whitetails here. All natural with no pin fed genes. There is a small cabin built of cinder blocks that accommodates up to eight guests. The cabin comes complete with a full kitchen, full bath with a shower. There is a walk-in cooler adjacent to the cabin. The permanent stone barbeque area is screened with an outdoor wash basin. There are two sweet water wells both with electric pumps. One water well is located in the very North of the ranch and the South water well supplies the cabin, cattle troughs and numerous water troughs in the many feeder locations throughout the ranch. The water is pumped through three and half miles of pvc pipe to all the individual water troughs set up for the deer, quail and all the other animals on the property including turkey, javelinas and wild hogs. The property has many senderos and custom built deer blinds with stairwells for safety. There are many deer, quail and protein feeders scattered throughout the ranch. There is a two acre water pond and picnic area in the middle of the ranch. The flora on this ranch consists mainly of original brush from this area. South Texas deer are famous for their big antlers because of the protein rich South Texas brush. Steel cattle pins are on the ranch with a 20 ft. water trough just for the cattle. The cabin has a barn attached for your farm implements or cars and trucks as a garage. The terrain consists of natural brush, small hills and valleys. There is a division fence that runs North and South through the middle of the ranch for easy access to many of the senderos and food plots. I put all the trail cam pictures at the end of the picture section, enjoy.. All these deer still roam this fabulous ranch today. Thanks Terry
