From Bonham, Tx. take Hwy 78 North for approx. 3/4 of a mile and take a right on FM 273, go approx. 6.5 miles and take a right on FM 1396. You can go approx. 3/4 of a mile and turn left on CR 2230 or go 2 miles and take a left on 2235, either way the land begins about 1/2 mile north of FM 1396, you can tell because you will see the irrigation system or the crop land starts right past the cattle ranch. CR 2235 runs on up to CR 2225, turn left there and you will see the North end, ( the neck ) about 1/2 mile down CR 2225. There is where the wells are as well as the temporary shop, camper for the workers and huge Oaks trees.
