Cielo Springs was the first gated addition in the Blanco area. Since it got started a central water system has been installed. You are still going to have to put in a septic system. This tract is almost at the end of a cul-de-sac that offers more privacy. It has some stunning views toward the north and northwest. There is a seasonal creek that runs through a portion of the property and when it's running I can just imagine how peaceful it sounds. Right now it's dry, but a great place to do some "treasure hunting". A good cross-section of native trees can be found and nothing has really been cut down at present to allow the new owner to do what he or she see's fit. Small acreage, central water, paved roads, easy access to 281 and points beyond. It doesn't take much to see what a gem this can be.
