The HATT RANCH--owned by the Walker Family for many years--it's time to move on. About half and half open and wooded. The front of the Ranch runs along FM 2434--here is the highest point, then drops off as you travel North to the wooded part and the seasonal creek. Excellent Deer Hunting. Just a perfect spot for a cabin or home to simply "chill"! Electricity is near. It appears to be an excellent spot for a pond at the bottom of the hill.

Heading West --toward WEIMAR---EXIT I-10 onto Hattermann Lane--off and cross I-10. Travel until you hit FM 2434, turn--left-a couple of yards --see the LeyCo Sign and the Gate --Hatt Ranch.
