Access is by way of a county maintained road to within three miles then by established ranch roads the rest of the way. The last 1/4 mile is very rugged and a 4x4 is recommended. All of West Texas was surveyed by the railroads and the USGS into blocks and sections. These surveys can be overlain on topographic maps to find features such as approx property boundaries.
