Location: The beautiful Midnite Ranch is located 3 miles west of Walnut Springs off Texas Highway 927. Native grasses include Big Bluestem, Little Bluestem,Silver Bluestem, Cane Bluestem, Sand Lovegrass, Switchgrass, Indiangrass, Sideoats Grama, and Texas Needlegrass.   South end of ranch has over one mile of Bosque River frontage. The Bosque River can be floated in the summertime and provides excellent fishing for catfish and bass. The ranch is well watered with 2 tanks and 3 water wells. Excellent native grasses and native brush along with large trees along the river provide food and cover for deer, turkey, and wild pigs. Ranch is currently used for raising cattle but would also be ideal for horse farm or owner could high fence some of pastures and raise exotics or super exotics. Lots of deer, turkey, and pigs in river pasture with 170 class buck harvested during 2008 hunting season and a 180 gross non typical buck was harvested this year. During the spring the wild flowers on ranch provide breathtaking view.

Improvements: Over 6000 sq ft. house and swimming pool built in early 80's at an expense of over $1 million by owner. This house has not been used for several years and is in need of a major restoration.
