Location: The Bitter Creek Ranch is located southeast of Amarillo, TX, near Clarendon, TX, which is the county seat of Donley County.

Terrain: The terrain varies from fairly level plains country on the extreme north end of the ranch to rugged ridges and draws, all draining to wide creek bottoms and valleys.
