Recent internal data shows about $30 billion in land and other rural acreage for sale in the Lone Star State, which comprises a total of 5 million acres of Texas land for sale. Of Texas's 254 counties, Comal County had the most rural property and land for sale. Based on comps submitted through the Lands of America Comparable Sales program last month, Texas had the most land sales.
