This represents a combined 4.1 million acres of land for sale in Texas (accounting for approximately two percent of land in the state). Of Texas's 254 counties, Henderson County had the most rural property and land for sale. The most expensive land listed for sale in Texas on Lands of America recently was $250 million, while the median price for land and other rural acreage for sale in Texas was $507,879. The average price of land for sale in Texas was $1 million. Based on comps submitted through the Lands of America Comparable Sales program last month, Texas had the most land sales. Of the 763 recorded lands sales, the total value of all completed sales was $360.3 million for all property and land sold in Texas (a significant increase over the previous month).
