Terrain : Terrain is level to moderately sloping with some low rolling hills. Most soil is a sandy clay loam with some sand stone outcroppings. There is an excellent turf of native grass in the range land and converted fields. Most of the Mesquite and Cedar has been recently cleared & raked. Many large native Live Oak Trees are found throughout much of the ranch. Pockets of brush, cedar and mesquite were left for wildlife habitat. Water: There are four new water wells, some solar and some electric along with pipe lines to four 5x20 concrete reservoirs.
