This represents a combined 3.5 million acres of land for sale in Texas (accounting for roughly two percent of the state's land). The most expensive property listed for sale on Lands of America recently was $250 million, although the median price for land for sale in Texas was $954,171. The average price of land, ranches and farms in Texas was $1 million. Based on comps submitted through the Lands of America Comparable Sales program in March 2018, Texas had the most land sales.
