Located on the ranch is the original Brownlee family ranch house. The two-story house is waiting for restoration to bring alive its historical look and feel. A barn and a good set of cattle pens are located on the west side of the ranch.
The property provides an abundance of opportunities to improve upon by having an older two-story home, barn, and cattle pens. Several good view vantage points on the property would make ideal places to build a new home or lodge. There are two water wells on the ranch. Electricity is located on several parts of the property.
