The Bayou Creek Ranch contains approximately 105 acres and is located about 4 miles south of Mathis, Texas, along the east side of FM 666. The ranch also fronts the north side of County Road 1160. The main asset for the ranch is Bayou Creek. The creek is reported to be a spring-fed creek with constant flowing water. The creek bottom also has a diverse eco-system. The remainder of the ranch is gently undulating to rolling terrain sloping north toward the creek.
Habitat: The ranch has sandy to sandy loam soils, perfect for cattle and wildlife. The areas along the creek are accented by large trees and even scattered palmetto plants.
