The ranch fronts on Bullis Gap Road, a county maintained road and is 10 mile from US Highway 90 on 5 Mile Hill Road.

Traveling West on US-90 between US Hwy 349 and US Hwy 285 take a left on 5 Mile Road, Sanderson, TX 79848. Stay on 5 Mile Road for about 10 to 11 miles and you always want to stay to the right. 5 Mile Road is going to be lots of up and down, through several river beds, and cattle guards to go over until you reach the Green Gate on the Right. Stay to your right on 5 Mile Road. When you reach the Green Gate there is a combination code (contact us for the code!). If for some reason the gate is open or left unlocked, please close it and lock it. In Panther Canyon Ranch stay on the main road (Panther Road) straight and it really is not straight as you will see but pass the nice sign at Lucky Spur and you need to keep going, until you get to a fork in the road (Cactus Cutoff). At Cactus Cutoff take a right, pass Tract 12 which should have purple markings and then Tract 10.
