Each is equipped with water, loafing shed and k-line irrigation. There are two steer traps to the front of property with loafing sheds water. The middle of the ranch has 4 larger fenced pastures, each with water and a set of working cattle pens.

Two irrigation wells for 55 acres of irrigating and to fill the two ponds, when needed. Two submersible pumps, 15 hp each are 340 feet deep. Irrigation wells will pump 300 gallons per minute. Three main valves isolate water to desired areas.
