Located approximately 5 miles south of Lamesa. There is an 8 tower Valley pivot system purchased in 2015 which has poly-lined pipe and a stainless steel stand pipe. It has 8 towers because the owner has been farming in circle rows, and this system fits both 30 and 40 rows. There are 9 irrigation wells, all 320 ft. apart, and in a line from the northeast corner to the southwest corner. Each well has a 7.5 HP pump, and they range from 140 160 deep. The pivot is nozzled at 550 gpm, but the owner states he never has to run all 9 wells. The NW corner of the farm is on CR 25, approximately 1 mile east of State Highway 349. The legal description is the NE/4 of Section 46, Block 36, T5N.
