The Arch Stanton Ranch
The Arch Stanton Ranch is approximately 475 +/- acres located just 1.25 hrs west of Austin, Texas and just 10 mins west of Main Street in Fredericksburg, Texas Gillespie County. This prime live water property is home to the largest collection of rare historically significant restored US antique barns in the country and very likely the world. These circa 1700 1800s barns (some pre-revolutionary) have been strategically culled from the top 1% of salvageable barns with lineage from some of the most sought after examples of early functional barn architecture then painstakingly disassembled piece by piece hand penciling each dowel and board to be ensure its re erected as it once was. The barn once completely disassembled is loaded onto a train and shipped down to Fredericksburg where it is stored and cured on the ranch before being reconstructed by hand by their team of specialist craftsmen, blacksmiths, stone masons, architects, designers and artisans strategically concealing 21st century materials and technologyinto the walls while keeping the character of the structures intact. This project has taken decades to complete and these priceless US structures and windmills are the rarest found anywhere in the world. This is literally a one-in-a-lifetime opportunity to own one of the most special, rare and unique gentleman's ranch or corporate retreat ever.
