Hays Ranch

We are proud to have the exclusive listing on the 2,575 +/- acre Hays Ranch located in Dickens County, Texas. This outstanding recreational, hunting and cattle ranch is located 6 miles southeast of the town of Dickens on County Road 362.

The Hays Ranch sits in the middle of a region of Texas known as the Croton Breaks. The topography on this ranch is considered to be extremely broken and rough with lots of deep canyons and draws that feed water to Croton Creek. There is a wet weather creek that traverses through the northern portion of the ranch for 2 miles. Brush covering on the ranch is considered to be moderate with brush species that include Mesquite and Red Berry Juniper. The Hays Ranch supports a good mix of native grasses that include Buffalo Grass, Blue Grama, Hairy Grama, Little Bluestem and Sideoats Grama to name a few. Elevations on the ranch range from 2,100 ft to 2,350 ft.
