3 hours from both the DFW and the Midland / Odessa area and just an hour and some change from Abilene, this 303+- acre ranch has approximately 80 acres of cultivation (currently in wheat). With almost a mile of Bull Creek (seasonal) running north and south, wildlife is abundant. Almost perfectly bisected by CR 302, this is the perfect place for the deer hunter who also likes to shoot dove. Better have a lot of friends because this place could host a dove hunt for 30+. With co-op water and overhead electricity, utilities are easily accessible. The east side has an old homesite with sheds and corral. The west side has Bull Creek and approximately 30 feet of elevation change. What was once CRP has been released and is FANTASTIC deer country. This place needs to be seen to appreciate. Call for a showing, Dan Goad 210-884-3448 or John McMackin 817-992-4423.
From the town of Mozelle take CR 334 east for 1 mile. Then turn north on CR 302. Head north and the property starts 1 mile from when you turned north and continues north for approximately 3/4 of a mile.
