Historically, the farm has predominantly grown rice on around 4,000 tillable and laser-leveled acres. With an abundance of water, the farm is supplied by 8 ag wells at strategically placed locations across the property with the wells producing between 1,500 gallons per minute and 4,500 gallons per minute. The headquarters of the operation include a 4,200 SF office building built in 2013; five grain tanks on a "loop" system that hold 43,500 bushels each with internal stirrers, with a truck scale and scale house, all built in 2014; several equipment barns; and grain elevator facility.
