Location: The location is remote. One hour by car to either San Angelo or Abilene, and 30 minutes to Sweetwater or Bronte.
Totally surrounded by other ranches, the secluded location virtually eliminates problems with trespassers, poachers, vandals, and thieves. The ranch has an old, overgrown landing strip that can easily and inexpensively be put back into use. The strip would then accommodate a King Air or anything requiring less runway. Presently, private planes fly into nearby Avenger Field, just outside of Sweetwater.
