This fine hunting ranch is about 11 miles Northwest of Alice on CR 145.
Topography:
The ranch is predominantly sandy loam soil with clay based soils in the lower areas. The entire ranch is about 80% big, native brush, with the remainder being senderos and clearings. The brush is very diverse and species include guajillo, blackbrush, guayacan, granjeno, mesquite, hackberry, and other native South Texas species.
There is much sought after red dirt on parts of the ranch.
El Arroyo creek runs through the middle of the ranch and provides excellent game habitat with large mesquite and hackberry trees. The creek provides excellent roosting for turkeys. The ranch has a lot of grass.
