Trophy mule deer and trophy aoudad roam on this ranch in the Delaware Mountains. Topography is significant with 90 percent high mountain country and the remainder valley land. The elevation changes from 4000 to 5000 ft. An extensive wildlife plan has been managed for the last 11 years. In 2008, while drilling for oil and gas, a large volume water well was revealed allowing the developement of the water system that covers the entire ranch. Water infrastructure includes 10,000 gallons of water storage, ten water troughs with 8 miles of poly pipe. Seven, one ton protein feeders are strategically located throughout the ranch and have been on a year-round feeding program for last 7 years.
