Wolf Ranch

This 640 +/- acres is located north of Chillicothe in Hardeman County, TX, with county maintained roads on all four sides! It is mostly in improved range grasses, with some 216 acres in improved native pasture, grubbed of trees and brush. Water tanks are located all over the ranch for livestock and a Red River Water Authority tap is in place too.

The ranch has a barbed wire perimeter fence, with extensive cross fencing dividing it into eight separate pastures. The sizes of these pastures as such:
