Quail Meadows Deer Ranch

Quail Meadows Deer Ranch is adjoining the Matador Wildlife Management Area north of Paducah, Texas in Cottle County Texas. This property will give someone the opportunity to own a special property that only comes along once in a lifetime. WILDLIFE consists of Whitetail deer, Mule deer, quail, turkey, hogs, and plenty of varmints. Approximately 500 of the 744 acres are in the CRP program and will expire at the end of 2022.

There are shelterbelts and brush on the east and southeast. On the west side are shelterbelts. A water well is located in the central part of the ranch for wildlife and the other well is located at the house for the house water. The house is a four-bedroom, two-bath older home that has been well cared for plus some outbuildings. Electricity is in place on the property with two locations.
