The majority of this property is in native and improved pasture and 200 acres cultivation in the center of the property that is mainly used for summer grazing and winter wheat for deer and livestock.

A large portion of the Pastures have been grubbed for cedar and mesquites to help improve the native grass and open up the land for better quail habitat and hunting. The pastures that are grubbed vary from open flats to cleared senderos to ensure that both quail and deer habitats are preserved. The Shinery on the ranch are loaded with Oaks and should make for some fantastic deer hunting this fall from all the ample spring rains!

The Ranch has been cross fenced to ensure native and improved pastures are rotationally grazed to ensure proper Stewardship of the land.
